  1. Email our support at care@zslim.in with your order number, photos of the product/packaging, and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days with instructions.
  3. If approved, you will be given a return shipping address and steps to send the product back.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at care@zslim.in with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.

5. Cancellations

Order cancellations can be requested by emailing care@zslim.in. If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel and refund the full amount. If already dispatched, normal return procedures apply.
