Refund & Return Policy — Z Slim Powder
Bright Herbal Care aims to provide high-quality products and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of consumable goods, please read our return & refund terms carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Only sealed, unopened, and undamaged products are eligible for return.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Products that are opened, used, or whose seal is broken are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. How to Request a Return or Refund
- Email our support at care@zslim.in with your order number, photos of the product/packaging, and reason for return.
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days with instructions.
- If approved, you will be given a return shipping address and steps to send the product back.
3. Refunds
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refund amount excludes original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, as agreed.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at care@zslim.in with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.
5. Cancellations
Order cancellations can be requested by emailing care@zslim.in. If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel and refund the full amount. If already dispatched, normal return procedures apply.
